Minature Bull Terriers arent a new breed(unless I have read your heading wrong).
There seems to be 2 breed clubs...Southern MBT & MBT(website under construction), my suggestion would be to contact them aswell.

The link doesn't mention Baer testing, nor the kidney and heart disease that some Bull Terrier minis can be prone to?

I know lots of people with mini bulls, can point you in the right direction if you want to speak to breeders.

The breed guide was submitted by a reputable breeder some time ago now. Health tests do not 'stand still' and new problems and tests are added all the time to many breeds. The Guides can be updated to include new problems and recommended tests.

To be fair, BAER has been recommended for bull terriers (and minis) for over 15 years ...

And it is included in the Bull Terrier description, so I found it odd that it wasn't mentioned within the Bull Terrier Miniature description.

It's also worth baring in mind that mini' s and regular BT's can also suffer from a poorly understood condition called Spinners. It's undecided ( last time I looked into it ) if its a neurological problem or behavioural, in some dogs they become quite manic and will mutilate their tail, I have even heard stories of some being pts because f it.
If you look on a dedicated Bulli forum you might find more up to date information.
When I looked into the breed for myself some years ago, it did put me off.

thank you for that Celli will defiantly look into that and ask about it too.
