That's US number, there must be a local number on there for the one in southwater EllsBells

Just had blood tests done looked at printout and the number is the same as you have tried listed in several different places as European contact. Blooming annoying!! Have you tried your vet?

I have just googled Idexx in Sussex, it's come up with all the addresses in the UK with the one number Cava has supplied above, they should be able to give you the local number!
