Is there a calendar anywhere on line which lists all the champ shows for the year?

There is for general ch shows.
Higham press have them all listed, including those they don't deal with. Think it's under show dates and its for the whole year :-)

Is there a site for open shows these days. I used to go to a site which listed the schedules but can't seem to find it now?

Well worth joining http://www.dogshowcentral.co.uk/ it lists all types of shows with links for the schedules to relevant printers or secretaries.

What I really like about Dog Show Central is that they send you e-mails with all upcoming closing dates for shows of all types, and if you pay for membership you can filter the show calendar to only show you those shows that have classes scheduled for your breed -which in the case of breeds that have very few shows with breed classes is extremely useful.
