Does anyone know what the situation is regarding an exhibitor contacting a judge (via e-mail or post) to request a critique if none has been published? This is something you can do with cat judges.

I don't know what the rulings are but my critique hasn't appeared in the dog paper and I have e-mailed it to a couple of people who asked for it.  I did have a problem with my computer, got hacked at the time and it seems a number of e-mails weren't received by people.
