Can anyone recommend who to contact for those lovely pedigree forms people give out with their litters?  You know the ones I mean, usually a photo of mum and dad on the front with the pedigree when open it?

Sorry can't help with that. I have used Breeders Assistant for many years. It has got all my data base on it and you can add a picture but I have a feeling you mean somewhere that will produce the certificate for you.

I used to make my own using office. You create your pedigree and add your pictures to the template then print off each side seperately. Then I laminated them once all the puppy and owner details were added.

I've done them in Word before, you can insert a photograph within a cell in a table; if you want a fancy border format it in something like paintshop pro before hand, if you've got access to something like that.  You can also watermark with a photograph in Word, which puts a nice image of your dogs and/or logo behind the pedigree.
