Hi is there a list anywhere that can be seen of breeders that have been banned from breeding ?

Do you know I can't think of who could ban a person from breeding, the courts can ban someone from keeping animals but that is not really the same thing. If you can't keep dogs you can't breed but I have no idea who could stop someone breeding if they so wish, therefore I can't see there being a list.

If they are a commercial breeder, you might be able to check with their local council who would license them.  Is this what you mean?

You could let the RSPCA know.  If they are banned the chances are it was the RSPCA who brought the case and I'm sure they will have a record.
You could try a search for the name on their website as many of their cases are reported there.

OK , it is not common for people to be banned by the courts from keeping animals but there are a few every year although the matter is more complicated because the length of time they are banded can differ depending on the sentence.

The KC (almost automatically) stops anyone banned by the courts from having anything to do with KC activities and they would not register dogs or puppies to them.

If it is someone particular you have in mind you should be able to find the court case and the outcome on line but you will need to know the name of the person you wish to know about.

The RSPA may help but I have my doubts.
