We have recently been using Travelodge for overnight stays for dog shows but the ones available for Blackpool aren't that great/out of location. Do any of the other big brand hotels accept dogs?

Have a look at Booking.co and Laterooms, select the option for pet friendly on the left hand side. I have used them when travelling with dogs, and the reviews are handy.
