Their opening night was fantastic, I learnt so much in one night about how to show my dog.

This seems to be a money making business pushing one to one, dog walking/ sitting and canine dentistry!! Hopefully with expertise.
People should perhaps take that into consideration when looking for a place to replicate a show environment and not neccesarily looking for a trainer who will give you the benefit of his opinion.

The reviews of the club speak for themselves. The southern show team tailor make a training regime for you and your dog at no extra cost. The focus of the Ringcraft is learn how to show your dog. The other services are exactly that ..."other services". There to be used if you need. I think anyone that runs a Ringcraft will tell you it's never money making, you make enough to remain open and pay bills.

As someone who has run handling and ringcraft classes for decades,I can assure you that the bulk of your client base want a place to train their own dog, themselves..or with a minimal amount of interference from the 'trainer'.
Tailor made "regimes" seldom cut it with serious exhibitors.
If I were to come to your ring craft, why would you assume that's its ME who needs training?

It sounds like you are more than just a first time member of this new club Oomegrapes.

New to a breed but not new to how a Ringcraft is run. As said before its purely an option. You don't HAVE to take advantage of what's on offer. But it's there for you and even on the first night several people took advantage of "other services" . I would never assume anything about anyone, as any good business I'd show what's available and leave the choice to the owner.

Are there any trade stands there?
