here is a good un..my bitch was lined 3 wks ago yesturday on tues she started to have a dark black/red discharge, down to the vets straightaway, she is totally normal in every way, her temp is normal , not drinking too much eating and playing normally.the vet has scanned her and confirms that she is in whelp but it is too early for her to say if they are ok ,growing etc, she is satisfied that there is nothing sinister going on but will need another scan next week to check for growth.they dont know if she has an infection and her normal temp suggests not.the vet has known dogs to do this and produce a healthy litter. any ideas what might be going on??
i have bread before but have not seen this one. all the necessary vet checks have been done.
