My daughter moved out last week and wants to use our Internet account  via free wifi hotspots, she has an email address under my account. I have opted in for the hotspot thing but can she now use it in her home on her computer or ipad?
I have logged in and now trying to log in to 'my BT' for checking phone bill etc but it now won't accept password and to reset it tells me I got the security question answer wrong but it can only be one answer as its one of my dogs names!!

No idea on the password security thing, but in order to use your account she needs the primary email and password and needs to be in range of someone with a bt router that allows hotspot users to connect
