I bought 10 tablets for the dogs under 10kgs and one for FIL pug i gave one each tot he pug and frenchie pug has been sick several times and loose stool and Frenchie is now looking sickly and has horrid burps. I was going to pop one in the puppies packs to take to new owners but no chance now. Anyone used this brand before with or without problems. Wont be giving FIL his one either now guna send them back!

Used them since they came out, 3-4 yrs ago, as have a bunch of others at class (large and small dogs), not heard of any problems from anyone. perhaps it was a bad batch :-(

I use them without problems , I was told by a staff member at wormers.co.uk that they are exactly the same as drontal. I don't know how true that is though , some dogs also have reactions to drontal.
How many tablets did you give to each frenchie ? Mine get 1 1/2 tablets and I've had no problems.

I have also used them without any problems.
From the VMD website.....
"Dissolution studies were performed comparing Cestem Flavoured Tablets for Medium and Small Dogs, and Cestem Flavoured Tablets for Large Dogs, to Drontal Plus and Drontal Plus XL respectively.  Dissolution profiles between products and reference products were comparable".

1 tablet each, she is still a pup the frenchie but probably just about 10kg mark, she seems to be ok now just abit of gas but earlier lots of gas from both ends. Pug after being sick 6 times and emptying her stomach has filled back up and is being a loon with the frenchie. Not sure if just a coincidence? Pug has just had panacur before but frenchie has had drontal before as thats my usual go to wormer without any problems. There both ok now, were begging at the table for some beef skirt. Will probably have to get something that does lungworm in the future for miss pug as shes a licker and pavement magnet yuk
