Decided to take Fay to the beach for a good run about, we both like llansteffan as there's lots of space and quiet so perfect for dog walkers. we had a good time and took some photos then headed back to the car, when we stoped to talk to another owner who said someone had lost there pup. They said it kept following there dog then later the owner had lost it. So mum went back to the car while me and Fay walked along to the other car park to see if we could fine anything as the owner was calling for it on the beach. spoke to a family who saw a little dog going up the road towards the beach so I told the lady and I walked up the road looking in the ground gardens and squeaking a ball but there was no sign of it. I got to the top car park and spoke to a couple who were also helping who had checked the top part of the beach with no luck. we were all talking in the car park. when another lady came and asked if we were looking for a pup as she had seen one go into a back garden so me and the other lady went with the owner to the house. it was getting dark and we got there and I spotted her right down the end of the garden, the poor girl was to scared to come to her owners calls but once she realised who it was she came over.
I don't know how long the owner was looking but it took about an hour from when I joined in. I felt so sorry for her and knew how upset I'd be if that had of been my girl so had to try to help out. it turned out it was her daughter's 9 month old pup and she was so glad to have her back.
