Is anyone else always ill after a show at the NEC, I'm poorly without fail after every Crufts and LKA ...

I always have either sinus problems or a sore throat after LKA.  Thankfully this year I only had yucky sinuses for two days,seems better already.  WEIRD!

My first visit last weekend and I now have sore throat and sniffles. found it very warm in hall 4. also hot on shuttle bus then cold outside!

Not this year for me, feel fine.  I always get some sort of cold from Crufts, it's all the people and the germs in one space.  But I did stick at my bench this LKA, only a couple of briefs wanders to specific stands, plus own food/drink/anti bac wipes.

With being the last one before xmas you must have hugged/kissed one person too many and exchanged more than cards, lol.

Sat here with box of tissues and packet of strepsils feeling very sorry for myself! Damn you LKA!! ;)
