Certainly

    GRUEL

Cup of Porridge
2 cups of Water
1 Egg
Tablespoon of Honey
Tablespoon of Milk powder
Tablespoon of Glucose

Boil up everything together, stirring until porridge is thick, dilute with a cup of milk and cool. I serve it at blood temperature

ONLY INCLUDE THE EGG FOR THE FIRST FEED

Do you feed this to the bitch after shes whelped or while she is pregnant ?

Sorry, just seen this. I feed after the bitch has whelped then continue giving her it for 'breakfast' for about 2-3 weeks after. Mine ( and most of the bitches I have heard about) love it and I just feel that it gives them that boost each morning after feeding pups during the night.

Sorry, didn't have Internet access today. I can only echo what Alison says. It really helped me with last litter as it was all mum would at so I'm eternally grateful to chamdogs for it :-)
