My mother-in-law has had King Charles spaniels from Joyce for years and unfortunately one of her dogs has just passed away. She is trying to contact Joyce and is having problems. If anybody has any contact details for her or Sheila Waters then could they please let me know as she doesnt exist on any breeders web sites that I can find.
