Could you kind breeder folks out there PM me with newborn to 8 week approx puppy neck sizes and the breed will explain why via PM if you wish to know.

Never measured puppy necks, use a strand of coloured wool for them to 8 weeks and purchase Dajan braid half check collars that go from small to full adult size (14 inches). 

At eight weeks they already have to be adjusted just a bit more than the minimum adjusted size.
