My weimaraner is just coming up to 2 years old and while out walking he was bitten by another do through no fault no his own, the scar is on his back leg and is starting to heal but is still visible to the naked eye, would this impair his show ability in anyway.?

No it wouldnt.... the breed standard does allow for marks due to injury.
