What a nightmare I've had tonight . While I was getting a bath ( don't usually get the chance now on a night ) my toddler almost 2 was watching tv in the bedroom. Thought she was a bit quiet for her ,  when I checked her she had covered herself in a tub of sudocrem :)
I didn't think really just popped her in the bath and started to wash her hair , it was a ball of thick grease , I was getting nowhere with shampoo , so son called my sister who recommended fairy liquid , this didn't work either !
I then had a brainwave  , I would try tomato ketchup ( I had a post on about fox poo a few days ago and thought this may work ) but it turned her lovely blonde hair pink !!!!
Sister called back and told me water is the worst thing for sudocrem  and to towel dry and rub with talc , hooray :) :) :)
After combing through and another wash it is a lot better but her hair is now full of tight tight curls , greasy and talcy at the same time . It's her birthday on Saturday I really hope we have it right by then , so we get some nice photo's .
For a split second I thought she was going to have it all cut off .
Kids who'd have them ? , I don't drink other than New Year but could do with one right now .

If you massage conditioner into her hair, then shampoo it, it should get most of the grease out!! :)

Hopefully it will work , thanks for the tip :)

Now you know why Sudocrem is so good as a barrier against wee[when my son was a baby 30 yrs ago it was so expensive I would mix it with vaseline to make it go farther] and poo etc.

Hope your daughters hair gets back to normal soon.

Put shampoo onto dry hair then rinse with water and repeat the process again once the hairs wet. Shampoo onto dry hair is often very good at removing grease. Haha, yes, kids who'd have them :-) So much for your relaxing bath!!
