Opinions please! We feed our 5 month old lab x springer pup on CSJ puppy champ. I wondered when you wonderful folks would advise he went onto their adult food? I have emailed Ceri at CSJ to see what she thinks, but am interested on other views too. Many thanks.

I personally wouldn't put any puppy onto an adult food until it was around a year old, especially a working cross with Lab in it.

I usually switched mine at 6 months- they were not labs/working labs.

Then I started buying food that was for all stages like Natures Logic, CaniSource Wysong/Epigen so no worries there for me.

I have gundogs and, if kibble fed, would change around 12 months - give or take depending on when the bag finished :)

With mine if they are well covered then I will add adult food to their puppy fodo half and half until they are 12 months.
