Hello,

I am hoping that you can help me. My family owned a Welsh Springer Spaniel called "Amber". Unfortunately Amber who was 11 years old (our years) was wriddled with cancer and despite my fathers efforts for various treatments, had to get her put down at the beginning of September. We all miss her terribly. She was such a loving, kind and beautiful dog. My father is searching up and down the country for another welsh springer spaniel which is about 6 months + but has had no luck. Please please please can you point me in the right direction of where i might find him another dog. We all know that he can never replace Amber, but he desperately misses the company and the love and affection he portrayed to her aswell as the walks she so loved.

If there is anything you can do to help it would be very much appreciated

Welsh springers do have a rescue. If you get the Kennel Clubs phone no they can give you the contact details!
