As I have mentioned in the health section, my shihtzu has heart problems. We are back to the vets tomorrow. She is nearly 13 but she sleeps nearly all day
We have a short walk in the morning then apart from getting up for a wee if need be, she just sleeps. Does this sound normal
There is just her and me in the house so it is fairly quiet

My 10 1/2 year old Bernese sleeps all day...short walk at 9.30am brekki at 10.30 ish then sleep till 4pm short walk (10 mins) then sleep till tea time 7pm, then back to sleep till bed time ! LOL It's a hard life ...

With a heart problem she will become tired very easily, if she is sleeping peacefully and not breathless at all then there is nothing to worry about.
