Hi,just wondering if anyone has tried d.a.fs bulk chicken,or the bulk lamb(it comes in 12 packs of 5lbs for a very good price)and wondered how it compares with the non bulk stuff,or is it the same stuff,just in larger amounts so cheaper?thanks,in advance!

Sorry I don't use DAF but it certainly sounds like they are reducing the price for volume doesn't it - a good idea if you know your dogs like that variety and you have the space for it :)  I might check their prices...  Thanks

Yes ,I did,but she only told me what I already knew,the amounts,but not if it was different in some way.I do like daf products,lots of choice,plenty of bones,but I like landywoods too,their minces seem more like the mince youd get from a butcher,firmer,not usually sloppy at all,but bone supplies can be a bit haphazard,ie,you often dont get them!I think i will try the bulk ,anyway,next order,must remember to let you know,thanks!

I buy the bulk packs from DAF and it is just the same as the 1lb blocks...sometimes they even have a special on one of them,  they did this month with the chicken.

Just thought Id update in case anyone else  wants to try this.Ive got the chicken,and it comes in lovely flat oblong packs-dead easy to store,and quick to defrost,as the slabs are only 2 or 3 inches thick.Well pleased!
