I have fabric sofas in one of my living areas and the are getting covered in dog drool.  I wouldn't have a fabric sofa out of choice but they are lovely sofas and I wouldn't cover them up with throws (so not the look of the house!).  I don't want to keep having to get them cleaned so does anyone have any sureproof and cheap methods of a diy scotchguard type treatment?
