24 weeks! At least his animals have been seized from him and he has been banned from dog ownership. The poor animals that have suffered  by his hands, pity they can't have retribution. Just have to hope that there are a lot of animal lovers in there with him.

It is horrific but not any worse than anyone who uses their terriers/lurchers to hunt foxes. I used to belong to a working terrier/lurcher forum, joined it to find out about lurcher racing but it was full of photos like this and I left. It's not something I would choose to do with my dogs because I couldn't bear them getting hurt, and I do think it's cruel for both dog and fox, but it's considered perfectly acceptable amongst working terrier folk.

Oo yes. Lets hope his cell mate is the biggest animal lover you could find. He can become the victim for a change
