I have my emails grouped by the contact name when they come in but what I would like to try and do is then collapse that set of emails from that person but I can't work out how to do this.

I was hoping to reduce the scrolling down to get to the unread email that is in the lower part of the alphabet, and just scroll to the name then expand to see all emails from that person.

I am quite computer literate & am getting frustrated I can't work out how to do this!

Think different providers have different systems, I am on BT and can file them in folders any way I wish you just create a folder to suit the situation. You do though still have an in box so I read the days mail and file or delete as required.

I have files too. It's really easy to find emails too if they are filed away.
