The one we had a few years ago now (same age) was fine in the end. She had antibiotics. We also had to supplement her feeding as she wasn't able to feed herself for very long. And we carried her around in an upright position which seemed to help with her breathing. Nightimes were tricky - it meant us taking it in turns to sit up with her propped up on our shoulder otherwise she would start to fuss and splutter. But after a week or so, she turned the corner and grew well.
Hope you have a good outcome too. All of us can only do our best.

Not had any of my pups getting aspiration pneumonia but have heard of others, each time the pup has been a breech birth and as the pressure in the vagina is released from the pups body/chest it takes a breath in taking any fluids surrounding the head which is still in the vagina down into the lungs[happens with human babies too] so it is important to get the head out as soon as possibble so you can do suction, "swinging" the puppy for longer than you normally would will help bring the fluids within reach of the bulb sucker.
I hope your pup will be OK with some antibiotics. Are the other pups fine? If any others become ill then it may not be aspiration pneumonia but some other infection/condition.

So sorry to hear this, if it makes you feel a bit more hopeful, this happened to one of my pups 3 years ago. From being a normal, helathey 10 day old puppy she suddenly started gasping and I could hear gurgling in her airways. Rushed ot vets, night on oxygen, and she was fine - sitting on sofa with me now. Hope everything works out OK, sounds like you have had a terrible time.

I can imagine how devastated you must be and unfortunately one of the terrible things that can happen when breeding dogs :-(
Glad your girl is ok though

Tilly, has your vet said that she has pneumonia. I had a litter, many years ago, who were virtually born with Kennel Cough, which in turn, turned into pneumonia.
They were started off with Synulox, but this did nothing at all for them. Another Vet, put them onto Penicillin and another drug, which for the life of me, l cannot now recall. I had to inject them twice a day with this combination, and sure enough they started to recover. Another thing which l did, was to put Olbas Oil, or a similar product, onto their paws to enable them to breathe better.
If it is pneumonia, it may pay you to get a second opinion. Good Luck
Love Josie
