I have this dryer and am struggling with attaching the flexible hose, I presumed I just twisted/screwed it into the end but then when trying to remove it after use it's really really difficult and I have to pull and twist extremely hard and for a long time before i can release it.

I have a rubber flexi connector thing about 5inches long that I have no idea what it is for and have tried using this to connect the flexi hose but it just blows off as its so powerful.

Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong please?

Definately sounds like something is amiss, mine is absolutely fine. Contact your supplier as they may send a recplacement.

What could I be missing? How do you connect the flexihose?

Mine was all in parts and I had to put it together, the nozzle keeps popping off as there is nothing to hold it together, but I just put up with it!!

The flexi hose will stay on if you screw it into the end but after use it's soo hard to take out and put solid arm on.

I only brought it last year and have hardly used it and am now going to sell it but just wanted to check I wasn't doing something wrong. The dryer itself is really good and I have the stand so it's the complete set.

Sorry, looks like i have my wires crossed  and i have the H901 not the TD901

Thank you, I think they are the same but is just stainless steel. Looks like the connector is just as mine is, do you just pull or unscrew the flexihose when you remove it and how easy is it?
