an obedience team made up of rescue dogs mostly staffordshire bull terriers and cross staffordshire bull terriers. Does anybody know if this display team is still going? I am looking for a display team for an event on 1st July.

Not Obedience, but I saw an Agility display team at Crufts this year composed of Staffies and Staff X's on the live streaming, and they had Paul O'Grady with his rescue Staffy as a surprise guest. I think they were based in Essex... or were at least located in that part of east England.

Jo-Ann has done an amazing job at training Staffords to compete in agility & has one or two TV/movie stars too :)

There´s also http://www.essexdogdisplayteam.org/ who have been going for many years, although they no longer use only rescues.  "Many of the dogs in the team are rescue dogs and organisers of events together with the public need to know the welfare of the dogs is paramount".
