Wondered if anyone can help, one of my dogs has a white hoar, can anyone recommend anything to make it darker?????

Do you mean an unpigmented third eyelid?

If you mean the haw then it is either born with pigment or not, you can't change it.

Then that's a natural cosmetic fault, and nothing you can do about it.
