- By teddypip78 [gb] Date 27.05.12 19:40 UTC
worried sick just checking my emails, ive entered my dog in blackpool cs. ive put him in mpd but then pd as well by mistake.
all new to me filling in entry forms can it be rectified??

You can if you phone them but they charge £5 normally. However why worry? There's no problem with being entered in both MP and P.

i dont see it as a problem, Its quite common to enter  both,   Its quite normal . I personally wouldn't worry, just go in both and enjoy your day. Why cant you leave him in both classes, it will be more ring experience for him,and if your new to it all, you both might have settled down by the puppy class!!
You never know you might win both and get Best puppy! Enjoy!!

It might be worth just considering doing both classes. It would be extra ring experience for you both and having paid all the petrol to get to the show, you might as well get your monies worth, lol!

I always enter both Minor Puppy and Puppy. It's paid dividends in the past!

There's no problem in doing 2 classes, I often find with puppies that they show better in the 2nd class as they're less manic with excitement. But unless you win your minor puppy class, there's no reason why you can't just let the steward know you are withdrawing from puppy as your dog is tired. :-)

As you have done it now I would just enter both - many people do - and its good practice - you won't have to do much in the second class anyway.... I would leave it.

I also usually like to stick to one at a first show but if made the mistake would just go with it :)  You never know it might just pay off for you :)  Good luck x

May I ask what the difference between minor puppy and puppy classes is?
- By rachelsetters Date 28.05.12 10:12 UTC
Minor Puppy is 6-9 months
Puppy is 6-12m

So in minor puppy you have the younger pups only :)
