Pup vomited about 4 hours after wormer, will it have already gone through ?
The vomit was not the same colour as the wormer but just thought I would check !

It should be fine. With animals that have ingested poison you have an hour to make them vomit it all out and they'll usually suffer no ill-effects (though they need careful watching); any longer than that and enough will have been absorbed to cause serious trouble. So four hours after ingestion it should have done the trick.
