So proud of my son.
He is my number 2 boy who is 6'4" .
He has managed to pull himself together and lose a staggering 7 stones............
Diet of no rubbish just decent food in moderate quantities, and exercise with a few weights and a lot of cycling.
Well done my baby boy :)

absoloutly wonderfull well done

Wow! Well done him!! I'm still struggling, want to lose 4 kilos in 3 months if possible, so far have managed about 300g in a week.... :-)

I think watching these programmes inspired him!
He series linked and watched along, he is quite hard on himself saying the stupidest thing is allowing himself to get like that in the fisrst place.
I believe the start came about when he and girfriend boooked to go to Florida on disney holiday and as they are both hugely tall didn't want to be embarrassed by their size on the plane before they started even. So got down to losing some and off it went...they are both starting to look quite stunning!
Karen :)
Its amazing how a few small changes can make such a difference. Hopefully he will keep up his more healthy lifestyle now :-)

That's brilliant. I really need to lose 3 stone but just don't have any willpower at the moment. It is starting to affect me now!
