Time somthing was done!  it is terrible in the cities, loads are not on a lead and nasty.

yes if implemented some work on dog training and ownership would be good too

It's up to 2 years for an offence under the DDA1991 if a dog injurs a person and up to 6 months if the dog does not injure a person, so the sentances are not being increased. Seems as though the courts have just been told to actually start dishing out the sentances that have been legally applicable anyway!
