Anyone else with Virgin and not being able to get on website and into your e-mails?

Yes Im finding it intermittent.
Dreadful yesterday but ok on and off today.

This may seem silly (but it is a cable service after all) but I find a link with Virgin problems ( TV and Broadband) when we have long periods of rain. The engineer drops down ito a manhole cover to sort out the fibre optics when I call them out

my friend had no internet , tv,phone,connection over the weekend, and then she has started to get intermitent connection, phoned them and they confirmed there was a problem, thing is , it is there business and they said they would fix it , phoned them next day to say still not working properly to come and take everything out as she was going to sky and within 3 hours everything back to normal it was not just hers that was playing up it was everyone in her postcode area

I'm not even on the computer for it have tried my phone and my notebook.

I had very poor internet connection a few months back, I was lucky to get 3 or 4 hours a day and they were usually late in the day, I did get a refund of part of my monthly fee.

I am looking forward to getting a more up to date modem, mine looks like it came out of the ark, my Mum who joined in the last 12 month has a nice shiney black modem which has the wifi included not seperate like mine.

I used to blame the dogs for running through the wires but we can all be upstairs at bedtime and the internet stops working,it was off when I got up this morning.

Spoke to them this morning and they said they were having probs and were hoping thst it wd be fine by 11 and it was.

We have been having awful problems, the Engineer came out today and things seem OK but we are getting more and more fed up with the intermittent problems.

VM did say there would be intermittent problems due to them upgrading their whole system, everybody's internet speed is doubling over the next few months free of charge
