What is the name of the blood test that the vet can do to see if your dog has immunity so doesnt need vaccination boosters. I asked my vet receptionist and she has never heard of such a test. Is it expensive and do you have to have it redone every year like a booster?

Your vet takes a blood sample and sends it to glasgow for analysis. This is the Price list(see page 2 for dogs); the test to determine whether your dog needs a booster is either £25 (for distemper and parvovirus) or £36 (for distemper, parvovirus and adenovirus). Leptospirosis is extra at £31. These would be on top of your vet's charge for taking the blood.
