I am trying to find a good price stretch coat for my large gundog breed. We have a few curls on our bum and around the neck. I have stripped out all that i can but would like a coat for her. I have tried a towel, t-shirt but i need the neck bit. The only one i have found is in a paper and nearly £50.If i could make one i would but crap with a needle and thread.

Try DryDog Coats they have a mesh coat  which I have for my dogs and it works really well.  www.drydogcoats.co.uk and look at the mesh coat. You just need to cut 2 holes to pull their ears through.
