I am getting a constant pop up asking for my login name and password in order for me to download emails into outlook. despite putting it all correctly and re doing the account set up it doesn't help and refuses to accept my password etc. i know the details are correct as I can log into my BT account OK.
have tried ringing tech help in India - total rubbish and didn't work, have been on BT forum for which there is loads of threads relating to this but no answers!
anyone else having this who has solved it??
