The BOTB says a bitch will have post partum discharge for up to 6 weeks but my bitch seems to be going over that. Posts on here have already shown me that not all BOTB info is accurate so I was wondering how long your bitch has discharge for in the post partum period? Should it really have stopped by now or is this normal?

It depends on the bitch, and also it depends on how many pups she had. It can vary a lot from a few days to many weeks.

Ok. She did have 11 pups so this is probably normal then.
