Yep thats the one! lovely thank you. And a link if you know of one please on the correct way to use a crate, ie something that emphasises they can't stay in it all day and what will happen if they do?

Most of the online companies selling crates have a faq or training section.  There's one here but it might just be a question of rummaging around to find one that suits you best - whether you are reading it for yourself, or printing it off for a puppy owner...

Its for a friend who has just bought a puppy. I assumed as i know her and i know she is a very intelligent girl that she had done her research. Unfortunately that isnt the case. She has pretty much gone in blind so now i am trying to give her pointers without making her tell me to mind my own business.
