I hope everyone on here with a pedigree Whippet will complete the form.

It looks simple to complete and it is anonymous - there are no details of the owner needed - just info on the health of all Whippets owned.

I do hope you get some very good results and are able to give feedback on here.

Have you also posted it on the K9 forum, which is a whippet based forum?

It has been posted on k9community ( Thanks Chaumsong :D ) and also at www.thewhippetforum.com another whippet board.

So hopefully there will be a good response with much useful information.

The closing date for submission of the form is 1st June 2012.
This will enable the Health co-ordinator time to compile the results before presenting to the individual Breed Club Health Reps.
