This isn't in showing as I it wasn't an official breed show. However I took my 10 month old whippet x whippet/bedlington rescue to the Crewe and Nantwich Dog Awareness Day today. He came away with a First and Best Puppy in their dog show and we've been given two lovely rosettes and a goodiebag. It was just a fun show, but bless his heart he behaved beautifully amongst all the other dogs, constantly wagged his little tail and greeted everyone happily. This is a little pup who arrived a very small 1.5 kg full of worms and fleas and never been outside of a shed and has taken an awful lot of gentle socialisation and tlc and love. 10 months later he is large whippet sized and just the most wonderful gentle temperament. So proud of him. His name is Sprocket after the character in the Muppets Fraggle Rock as that's who he looks like.
