Hi after your comments yesterday regarding whether my girl is pregnant or having a phantom i have decided to find out so i know either way.Can i get some opinions on whether to go for the blood test that my vet spoke about or get her scanned.many thanks in advance.

I would always go for the scan, its quick and easy and you can find out straight away rather than waiting for blood tests. What area are you in? perhaps someone can recommend a scanner.

Hi Drover i live in Aberdeen.

Either.. Relaxin blood test results available in about 10-15 mins. Can be used from day 20 but IME is more  reliable from about day 27 especially if a small litter
