Could someone tell me if a dog is born on say 1/9/2010 would you be able to count uptil 1/4/2012 for junior warrant points or would it be the very day they turn 18 months so say 1st march??

It's the day the dog turns 18 months, so that would be 1st March 2012.

PS, you can count points won that day, 1/3/12, but not after that day.
