i have been feeding her burns dry puppy food and just fill her bowl up when empty but the last week or so she really wasnt eating her normal amount of food ( usually at least 1 large bowl a day min ) and she was contantly begging human food and being restless all the time , so yesterday i brought some cheap canned dog food( witch i usually never feed her ) and mixed 2 spoons in with a large bowl of her dry food she promptly ate it all , so i then repeted it again half an hour later witch again she ate so this morning fed her again an she wolfed it down so today she has had 3 large bowls , on the burns pack it says feed to appitie in later pregnancy , shall i just keep feeding her or stick to weight amounts ?? would be greatfull of any advice ps did take her to vets today to start worming and asked him an he was no help !!

oh an also why would she have gone off the food she has always had ??

Generally you start to increase slowly from the sixth week so that they are on about half as much again as normal, but of a higher energy dense food, Active or puppy formulations if feeding complete, up the meat and protein foods if feeding a mixed or natural diet.
