Hello

Riversflight is one of the very well known and successful kennels - Jean Griffiths from near Gloucester now runs them as a mainly show kennel; her late husband Peter, sadly missed, used to be the keen partner in working the dogs.

I guess a pretty sound bet if you've been offered a pup descending from Meig - who is the sire? I believe Meig is by Ch Branchalwood Stroan out of Ch Riversflight Inny, who herself has some useful working lines behind her.

I wouldn't think that she is still being bred from, however, because she must be too old by now. Maybe you're thinking of one of her daughters, or maybe you even own one now. If you have, and are thinking of breeding, I suggest you contact a committee member of the Flatcoated Retriever Society, or contact me by e-mail

Hi! I leave in Belgium and I've found this forum on flat. I've a bitch flat whose father is Riversflight Quipar: she's fantastic and she just had a litter with Zlouis Chapelvalley (a working belgian dog)
