My bitch was mated 3o days ago, all has been well till we got home tonight and have
seen she has started bleeding. Its not dripping and you can only tell if you look, she is still eating, drinking
etc all normal should i be worried?
She is not a first time mum but does have big litters 10 last time, wasnt going to have her scanned this time
as everything seemed normal till now but think she will be going to the vets tomorrow

I would get the vet to check her over in case of infection, if she is aborting[bit early, normally absorb at this stage]then there is nothing you can do but infection can be treated.

Members on here have given antibiotics and still gone on to have healthy pups.

Update

Taken to vets this morn. he is not sure why she is bleeding but dosnt think she has an infection.
He said he could feel 2 pups but then when scanned he couldnt find them

Has the vet suggested scanning again next week?

no but i think i will be doing any way to just to check
