can anyone tell me what $1000 works out at english money please, then i can multiply it as i need! dont know where you get the imformation from so if anyone can help.please do

most daily papers (broadsheet) give the current exchange rate in their financial pages, try looking there.

Dizzy,

As a rule of thumb, $1=70p or £1=$1.60.

Also try http://www.cargadgets.co.uk/ucc.htm which is a very user freindly currancy converter. And much more accurate ;)

if u just type currecy converter into search topic and it will give u the option to fin a free currency conversion just pick a site u like and add it to favorites thats what i do
