when you had a litter at about what time did one puppy catch your eye, i do not mean to show or do anything with that would just be a bonus, just every time i look in the box one keeps catching my eye they maybe all the same colour but i can keep picking this puppy out everytime why?what made you keep going to the same one in the litter if you did

For me, there were two contenders, they stood out by being the biggest and the funniest, I nicknamed them Ronnie and Reggie Kray as they were always together and were a bit thuggish, they were like that from when they were born. One in particular then went on to " flump" onto any of the others that tried to get on my knee and would follow me when ever he could, even to the extent of ignoring his mum, so he was the one I kept and he's been an absolute dream to own.
His brother Ted ( Ronnie) went to my best friend so I still get to have a snog and a cuddle with my other Kray twin.

We had a litter of 8  - we wanted to keep a girl.At about 3 days one caught my eye - something about her,and by 2 weeks old she would litterally SCREAM to get out of the wheling box,and would then curl up quiet as a mouse on some vet bed in front of our sofa - she chose us !

There was only one bitch in my litter so no choice, but out of the boys there was a VERY special one who just stood out in every way, I was drawn to him and seriously considered keeping him aswell as the bitch, but in the end he went to a very special home with a friend of mine, I see him regularly (hes only 4 months) and that special feeling still creeps in when I see him.
