Came across this video about a abandoned puppy who has this.

To be honest a puppy like that if in a decent breeders litter would have been treated long before and probably been normal by the age they got her.

Swimmer pups are noticed in the nest and massage and splinting is used to get the limbs into the right position and to stop the chest getting flattened.
