Well it's been a few years since I've posted or been on here.  Hope I'm still welcome?

For those who remember me a quick update, I now have 7 Grandchildren and number 8 to be born this year....

My children seem to have sorted themselves out at long last and are settled.  The eldest went through a 'bad spell' and thanks to everyone on her for their advice especially JG, he's now doing a degree at the University of Manchester - Ancient History, accepted via an Access course, his 2nd year and very proud of him to overcome all his barriers and get thus far.

2nd daughter has 4 children now!  2nd son is the Father to twin boys who are adorable.   Youngest daughter is about to embark on University life, she would like to join the eldest at the University of Manchester to study Psychology with German.  She has an offer from Manchester Met too so she should go to Manchester either way but which one will be dependant on grades.

Me, I've still got Dicksy and Biscuit, Dicksy is almost blind now but still has a great quality of life and so long as we don't move things or change his routine he's as happy as Biscuit who is still the lab that is frightened of water!  I'm in the midst of a degree at my age, why? because I can I guess and work offered me it, I do find it challenging and it does take a lot of time but I'll complete hopefully next year (around this time).

No idea why CD got put on the back burner, life I expect but it's good to have a read this morning and see familiar usernames.
